CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.
    Information regarding how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

    Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia and New Zealand. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion and the immediate families of these persons are ineligible to enter.
   
3.
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant/s who may tamper with any part of the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
   
4.
    The promotion commences on Monday 18th February 2008 at 00:01 (AEST) and concludes at 23:59 (AEST) on Friday 13th June 2008 (“Promotional Period”). No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

    To be eligible to enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
   
 
a.
    Purchase a 1 DAY Acuvue Moist® 90-Lens Value Pack; and either:
   
b. Complete the entry form found on the sleeve of the product pack, including the  entrants full name, address and contact telephone number and include the 3  30 pack product Lot numbers and Mail into ‘1 Day Acuvue Moist® Olympics Promotion’ using the reply paid envelope provided OR

    Log onto the promotional website www.acuvue.com.au or www.acuvue.co.nz and complete the online registration form including, the last 5 digits of the product Lot number, the entrants full name, address and contact telephone number.

    Entrants may be required to send in their proof of purchase for all winning and non-winning entries received via the web (in the form of a store receipt) in order to claim a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

    All Web and Mail entries must be received during the Promotional Period.  Each entry must relate to a separate purchase. Computer generated entries will not be accepted. Each valid entry received by the Promoter from the entrant, will entitle the entrant to one (1) entry into the Major Prize draw. Multiple entries are accepted provided that each entry is associated with a separate purchase of a participating product.

    All valid entries received by the promoter during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Prize Draw to be conducted at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday 16th June 2008 at Communicator Interactive, Level 6, 815 George St, Sydney NSW 2000. There is one (1) Major Winner and twelve (12) Runner up prizes to be won. All prize winners will be notified by phone, mail and published in the Australian on Friday 27th June 2008.
   
10. Major Prize: There is one (1) Major Winner to be drawn from all valid entrants over the promotional period. The first valid entrant drawn in the Major Prize draw will win a trip for two (2) adults to the 2008 Beijing Olympics in China. The prize includes return economy airfares for two (2) adults from the winners nearest capital city to Sydney, Australia and then flying direct to Beijing China, five (5) nights accommodation staying at the Kunlun Hotel in Beijing (2 Xin Yuan Nan Lu, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100004), tickets for six (6) Olympic events including the opening Ceremony in category A seating, one (1) tour of Beijing, main meals (Breakfast, lunch & dinner) provided, Return transfers from the hotel to the airport and return transfers from the hotel to each of the Olympic events. The major prize is valued at up to AU$20,120.00 (incl GST). 
   
11. THE MAJOR WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMENDMENTS OR FEES ISSUED BY AIRLINES OR SUPPLIERS ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED AND TICKETED. THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE MINI-BAR, ROOM SERVICE, LAUNDRY, INTERNET ACCESS, TELEPHONE CALLS AND OTHER SUNDRIES AND MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE PRIZE WINNER ON CHECK OUT. ADDITIONAL SPENDING MONEY, MEALS AND ANY OTHER ANCILLARY COSTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE AND ANY APPLICABLE INSURANCE EXCESSES, NOT LISTED IN THE TRAVEL PRIZE PACKAGE DESCRIPTIONS ABOVE ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVEL PRIZE WINNER AND HIS/HER NOMINATED TRAVELLING COMPANIONS AS INCURRED. IT IS THE WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ORGANISE TRANSPORT TO/FROM THE AIRPORT IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE.

    The prize must be taken to coincide with the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The Major Winner must be able to depart Sydney for Beijing on 7th August 2008 and return to Sydney on 12th August 2008. In the event, that for any reason whatsoever a winner is unable to take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters, then that element of the prize, in its entirety will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute that prize for another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required.

    Runner Up Prizes: There are twelve (12) Runner Up prizes to be drawn from all remaining valid entrants. The first (12) valid entrants drawn will each win a Panasonic Viera 32 Inch HD Digital LCD TV – model no TX-32LXD700A valued at AU$1,899RRP (incl GST) as of 20 December, 2007.

    The total prize pool is valued at up to AU$42,908RRP (incl GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize, including any unused portion is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash and cannot be sold to a 3rd party including eBay.

Participants need to be 18 years or over to enter the promotion.

    The prize winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and consents to the Promoter using their name and image in any associated promotional material.
   
17.
    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

    Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any prizes damaged or lost in transit.

    The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoters discretion.

    If any winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
21. IN THE EVENT THAT A MAJOR WINNER FROM ALL STATES AND TERRITORIES EXCLUDING SA IS NOT CONTACTABLE, THE PROMOTER MAY CONDUCT SUCH FURTHER DRAWS AS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY AT THE SAME TIME AND PLACE AS THE ORIGINAL DRAW ON FRIDAY 20TH JUNE 2008 TO DISTRIBUTE ANY PRIZES UNCLAIMED BY THAT DATE, AND PUBLISHED IN THE AUSTRALIAN ON FRIDAY 27TH JUNE 2008.

    In the event that a Runner Up winner is not contactable, the promoter may hold further draws as may be deemed necessary at the same time and place as the original draw on Wednesday 17th September 2008 to distribute any unclaimed prizes by that date, subject to State Regulation including Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations, 1993 (SA). In the event of a winner, they will be contacted by phone, mail and published in The Australian on Friday 26th September 2008.

    The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another person.

    If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where required.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arms length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

    The Promoter collects your information so that you can participate in this competition. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate. The Promoter may use this information to conduct this competition. It may disclose this information to third parties who provide it with administrative services in this regard. It also may use the information to promote, market and publicise Johnson & Johnson products should you opt-in to receiving such information. You consent to the Promoter using and disclosing your personal information. Any personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. You may gain access, update or correct your information by contacting the Promoter on 1800 029 979 or at the address below.
